    Andy was quick to respond to my request for a locksmith. He came out and checked the handles to see exactly what the problem was! Thankfully it was just the mechanism in the handle. Highly recommend Fortify Locksmiths. Very polite and courteous and goes the extra mile. Very happy customer

Hi, I'm Andy and I'm the owner of 'Fortify Locksmiths'.

I run an independent, local locksmith and uPVC repair business providing an emergency call out service and general domestic and commercial work covering most of the North East.

I've been operating as a local locksmith since April 2016 so you know your home or business is in trusted hands.

Importantly, I'm the locksmith you'll speak to on the phone and the locksmith that visits you.

I'm also a mobile locksmith, which means that I carry a range of lock cylinders and multi-point locks for most uPVC door types and cylinders and mortice locks for wooden doors too. Giving you the comfort of being able to secure your property without having to put parts on order. (However if I do have to order any parts, I don't charge for a follow up visit).

I offer commercial and residential customers:

I specialise in asking the right questions on the phone first, so we both understand what needs to be done and that expectations are met.
