Great service and communication, work was completed first thing the next day after contacting.

Within minutes of me posting my job request I received a call from Forth Lock and Security and he managed to attend very quickly at an agreed time. Entire lock mechanism had to be replaced. It was very old indeed as it turns out. Will use their services again as the front door lock is on it's way out!

Required to have front door and back door locks replaced on door. Reuben called and me to instruct me on how to take photographs of the broken locks so that he could then order the new locks, without having to visit to survey the locks in person. He then ordered the correct locks and then turned up the following day to replace the locks, which he did in a very professional way.
