  Beautiful new roof

  Ryan came out to investigate a damp issue and quickly identified that the roof needed replacing and the house required repointing. He offered a competitive quote to do both jobs at the same time, which was really convenient. I was lucky to secure a slot straight away, with the work done in just ten days — amazing turnaround! Communication throughout was clear and straightforward. Ryan, Danny, and their team were polite, professional, and very easy to deal with. I’m really pleased with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!

  The company took time to explain their quote and the process, worked well and kept us updated. Even with weather issues they still pushed on and completed the work as soon as they could.

  roof replacement

  It's very difficult to comment on quality of work completed as I have very little knowledge when it comes to such things!, that said the new roof looks very solid and there are no leaks whilst they have done an excellent job of an extensive repointing job of the chimney stack. Inevitably, there were a few smashed tiles on the lower floor due to items falling whilst work was being completed but they were promptly replaced. A few delays over start and finish times which was understandable considering weather and the company kept me informed.

  Roof repair/Tile replacement

  Ryan came out to price the job and was friendly, puntual and very knowledgeable. He gave me a quote and even inspected other areas of my roof to make sure no further work was required. He said someone would be out to complete later that week. He called on the Wednesday to say they would be there the next day but no one came. I called and he apologised and said they were stuck on a job so would come Friday. Friday came and went. Eventually 2 men came on the Saturday morning. Whilst I am happy with the work conducted, communication could be better when it came to delays or issues.

  Roof Replacement Following Water Ingress to Bungalow

  Ryan and team did an excellent job from start to finish. Initially troubleshooting what I thought a minor problem, they were able to define a bigger project with a timescale that suited me , at a reasonable price. They put the right people with the right skills in the right numbers on the job. The team were hard working, courteous and respectful. Highly recommended!
