We consider the standard of work to be pretty good. However we had many communication issues. For example. Scaffolding removed despite outstanding work delaying planned work by a week. One weekend waited for scaffolding to be removed as advised but apparently forthcoming had cancelled the scaffolding company but had not informed us. The skip was left due to communication between forthcoming and skip company and further overloaded with gardening material from a forthcoming subsidiary. The ground was covered in debris - a lot of debris and they had to come back to clear it. Communication bad

Thank you for your feedback, it’s appreciated. I’m glad you were happy with the standard of work, but sorry communication didn’t meet expectations.
The job did change in scope mid-project, turning from a smaller job into a much larger one. We did our best to adapt, but this did impact scheduling and coordination.
Regarding nails and clean-up, it’s standard for us to return after scaffolding is removed, as debris can be trapped under boards.
We’ll take your feedback on board and improve communication moving forward.
