Great experience with Gurd, clear communications, great work and very friendly and personable. Very reliable, arrived when he’d promised and got the work done really quickly which was great as the existing boiler had stopped working and it was particularly cold.

Gurd has been an amazing Plummer. From when I first moved here a year ago. Gone out of his way to. Disconnect old gas fire. Half the radiators replaced with new. Old heating boiler in kitchen replaced by Condensing boiler resited to airing cupboard.. As well as help and advice of other house requirements. Very much a true godsend, and so grateful For work that has been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble.

I had the pleasure of working with Gurdeep from Forever Heating, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. His response was incredibly quick and efficient, and he took the time to thoroughly explain what had gone wrong with my system. Within just 30 minutes, he had ordered the necessary part to ensure the repair would happen the very next day. True to his word, Gurdeep arrived promptly the next day and fixed the issue (a blown fuse on the PCB) in under 20 minutes. Throughout the process, he was not only highly skilled but also polite and extremely helpful. Thank you!
