EV charger and solar panels installed a year ago. EV Charger always problematic. Always bounced back to the manufacturer by Forever Green, who take no responsibility. Results in hours of ‘have you tried’ call centre calls that don’t resolve the issue. The EV unit has zapped our EV car, damaging the battery and it seems the solar may not have been functioning this entire time. No EV charger, no hot water and waiting for a call back from Forever Green having reported the issue 5 days ago. Would normally try to resolve, not leave a poor review, but hoping this will prompt some aftercare.

I would highly recommend Forever Green for any solar panel and battery installation. From the quote to the actual installation they were informative, friendly and professional. Ian in particular gave me so much of his time as I wanted to fully understand the solar process. He was really practical and built my installation based on my family’s individual needs. The work was completed in less than a day and the finished look was amazing. What a fantastic, hassle free experience!

I would highly recommend this company, recently had in roof solar panels, battery and refurbished the roof. From start to finish it was just smooth, easy to deal with, queries always answered in good time. Everyone I came in contact with (especially Dave the roof) were polite and professional. Oh yes the electricians were also great. And since the installation we've been impressed with the amount of electricity we are generating

Had solar panels installed by Forever Green Energy. I was impressed by every step of the process. Excellent pre-installation information, communication and the electricians and fitters were courteous, informed and professional. Would definitely recommend.

We were given a lot of technical information, and told that the panels would pay for themselves in 15 years, (we are both in our 80s). Our main concern was the state of our roof, but the surveyor assured us it would be strong enough and he photographed the inside. When their men started work they found the battens were worn and there was no felt - this was obvious from the inside. We decided to continue the project and found excellent Roofers (Rayson), via Check-a Trade. Forevergreen then fitted the panels and battery, which we assume are working OK. Removing the scaffolding , another saga....

Forever Green were amazing throughout the whole process, the installation team done a fantastic job, I wholeheartedly recommend Forever Green.
