  New Build House and Front and Rear landscaping

  We spent over a year with Rob and his entire team. They are all excellent craftsmen and very good at what they do. We are delighted with all the work and excellent finish. The team were very accommodating and helpful with suggestions and last minute changes. All neighbours up and down the road were very complimentary not only with our build but with Forest Oak themselves. We have no hesitation in recommending Forest Oak.

  Extensive internal renovation of large ground floor and some external work.

  The Forest Oak team did an amazing job. They were flexible, stuck to budget and the quality of finish was excellent. All the guys that worked on site were good to get along with and accommodated any changes to scope quickly and efficiently. Every day they left the site as tidy as it could have been. I would strongly recommend Forest Oak.

  Extension

  We had a side extension bedroom with en-suite, a conversion of conservatory to habitable room, external render, new windows and a large front porch. We were impressed with the workmanship and decided to also have the timbers of the roof replaced. All Rob and Rays team are professional, trustworthy and do an excellent job, and importantly for us, do not cut corners. We are delighted with the results. We have had lots of comments from passers by about the improvement to our home as it now has kerb appeal. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again and would thoroughly recommend.

  Single storey dining room extension

  Work started on 26 October, through Lockdown and Christmas and New Year. Forest Oak Builders are hard working, tidy and have done a good job. They used sub-contractors for some aspects, and they and their sub-contractors kept to the schedules that they had set themselves, and each was phased in as required, so no long delays waiting for goods or resources. Very good effort by all parties and I can highly recommend Forest Oak Builders, as a quality contractor

  Rendering of external walls

  Work done to a good standard and to price originally agreed. Courteous tradesmen and Rob was readily accessible for queries and updates. Pre-advice of occasional later morning start time the only issue keeping scores from straight '10's'. Overall very happy to recommend this business.
