On contacting the company, Duncan came and measured that afternoon. He provided a realistic quote for two jobs which we accepted. The materials were quickly sourced and arrangements for the work to be carried out within two weeks. From start to finish Duncan and his colleague were courteous and polite. They arrived at the time arranged and everything was carried out cleanly and left tidy. We would highly recommend.

I am very pleased we followed their recommendation as the end product looks stunning. I greatly appreciated the care and handling they devoted to the job, from protective covering, to clearing up after the job was finished. Gentle hammering and persistence sufficed to ease out the old hardwood frames so that there were hardly any sections which subsequent making good. The whole job was finished beautifully.
