  Outside tap not flowing.

  Lee contacted me immediately (and he was the only plumber who did contact me). Very friendly and helpful, and gave me a reasonable quote. Phoned to give me half hour notice of arrival. Trickle from outside tap turned out to be a problem with isolation valve in the house. Fixed problem and fitted new tap anyway.

  I submitted a query in relation to a leaking pipe late on a Friday evening and was responded to very shortly after with Lee arriving early on Saturday morning. He was good at communicating, on time and completed the work throughly and tided up afterwards.
