Good communication and service. Well recommended by a neighbour.

Once again Joe came to my 93year old mums rescue. I arrived to find her distressed that her kitchen tap wasn’t working. I rang Joe as he had been so helpful in the past and he fitted us in and replaced the tap. I’ve found Joe to be reliable and he always does an excellent job. Mums in Debden but I know he also covers Loughton, Woodford and Chigwell. I highly recommend.

Jo has now done several jobs for me allways excellent good results he fixed a leak on my gas boiler and also sorted a fault with my shower in two hours which another guy ha taken 3 days and failed to fix. My boiler leak he fixed as an emergency @ 7/8 pm. I will be using Jo for all my plumbing needs from now on. he covers the Loughton/Chigwell areas.

Joe came at a very short notice to attend our boiler pressure issue. He offered us a very cost-effective solution that resolved the problem. Really happy with the service.

Joe came yesterday to sort out a shower leak and service the boiler and got to work straight away at 9am and was all done and dusted by 1pm. I couldnt recommend him enough he explained the process to me when i asked and recommended a few things i should should to extend the life of the boiler without spending thousands. Any Plumbing problems going fwd Joe's the man i,ll be contacting.

Hi Joe was responsive - picked up the phone on first ring. Squeezed my emergency in without any fuss. Worked hard to resolve the problem which was more complicated than first thought. He turned up the next day at the agreed time and resolve the issue fully. Polite, thorough and reasonably priced. Would happily recommend.
