Carl was brilliant. The job he made of my lounge is fantastic and I’m over the moon with the results. In only two days he has transformed my room. His workmanship is meticulous. His punctuality was great. Carl is so polite, courteous, honest and extremely easy to get along with. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I will definitely be asking him back to paint my front door soon. Carl did an excellent job and I am so pleased with the result. He listened to what I wanted and explained that he was going to do. Very punctual and very well mannered and a pleasure to have him do the work. He was very exact about his work and the result showed. We had the hall, living room, 2 bedrooms and kitchen painted. Carl colour matched the paint against a fabric sample for us. We gave him instructions to start the job in our absence and it was all very straightforward. Communication was very easy. Forbes Decor has generally been a local business, specialising in pudsey and surrounding areas, although i have worked nationwide on various projects.
Friendly local business and no job too small, all aspects undertaken including paper hanging. High standard work, FREE quotations.
I have been a decorator by trade for the last 22 years.
I went into self employment pretty much from the start and have had a reasonably successful career in that time. I started mainly on domestic projects locally and expanded from there.
I have also worked with various other decorating firms on a sub-contract basis. This has involved projects with Tesco, Barclays, one-stop convenience stores, Texaco, Councils, police stations, prisons, student accommodation and local authority housing.
I like to think I am a perfectionist and I always like a job to be done to the best of my ability.
