Prompt friendly service

My front door lock stopped working and I couldn’t open the door from inside but could from the outside. I called Tony and send him a video and he know the issue straight away. He arrived promptly and replaced the lock and also fixed our garage door lock. He was efficient, very knowledgeable and fair. I would definitely call Tony again.

Tony was prompt to call and suggest what the problem was. He was up front with anticipated costs and happy for me to get back to him whilst I sought other quotes. He was able to attend the following day, fix the problem and explain what had happened. Friendly and efficient.
