A really first-class piece of work from Jamie. This was a very tricky job, involving extricating a hot water cylinder from a very tight spot and replacing it. Many plumbers would have said no thanks but Jamie calmly took it on, did the job quickly and efficiently, charged us a reasonable price and was professional, friendly and courteous throughout.
