  1 bed flat renovation

  Jack is brilliant and we can’t fault him at all. Him and his team worked for us on this flat renovation and they were professional, friendly, respectful and polite. This is the 2nd project Focus build have done for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

  We could not rate Focus Build highly enough. Jack’s attention to detail, his workmanship and professionalism is second to none, the accuracy of his quotes unbeatable and his advice has been absolutely invaluable. His years of experience really reflect the final product with which we could not be happier. If this was not enough, his team is always polite, tidy and punctual. We really could not recommend Focus Build more…and we have in fact to all our friends and neighbours!

  As one of the most difficult decisions to make on a house build,choosing the right builder can make or break you financially and emotionally.Jack and his team have been beyond amazing,if we could give a higher rating we would,we regret nothing.His professionalism,commitment to your project, consideration for your design and for you whilst living there, (and consideration for your neighbours)are beyond 5*. Jack’s knowledge,experience, attention to detail and advice is second to none. Jack’s focus is on the finished product, nothing else. Hire Jack even if you have to wait,you won’t regret it.

  Bathroom gutted and rebuilt

  This is the second job we have used Focus Build for and once again Jack and his team have provided service and beyond. As well as an exceptional job in every detail of the workmanship they were able to complete a number of other jobs whilst on site to the highest quality of standard. Jack’s knowledge, experience and recommendations as the project progressed were invaluable to the final results.

  Large rear extension and internal modifications

  Jack and his team have exceeded our expectations time and time again. They have been punctual and reliable throughout the project, their work has been to the highest standards, ideas and changes have been discussed and agreed to everyones' advantage, nothing has been too much. The team have been friendly and approachable and a delight to have around.

  Wrap round ground floor extension

  Jack and his team had previously completed our loft conversion so we had no hesitation using him once more for our extension. The work was completed to his usual high standard, the site was left clean each day and Jack kept us informed throughout the build. A fantastic build from a fantastic builder.
