  Ben is the most professional and efficient builder I have ever used. The work was done, on time, and to a high standard and everything was cleaned up afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

  Used these guys to install a new kitchen

  These guys were recommended and like most people embarking on a home refurbishment project there is always a bit of trepidation. However from the moment they quoted the work it was apparent how professional they were. They turned up exactly when they said and completed our project on time and importantly on budget, achieved a great result with a budget Howdens kitchen and did a beautiful job of the tiling. The end result looks really expensive and high end which we are obviously very pleased about. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough and we already planning out next project for them.

  New roof

  Please beware of this contractor. We paid him more than £20,000 for a new roof. Despite 4 requests he has refused to guarantee the work for more than the statutory one-year defects period. Although we have had no problem one year on with roof we are very disappointed that he refuses to provide a guarantee for such a major job There are plenty of contractors out there who will guarantee a new roof for 10+ years. Please don’t make the mistake we made: look elsewhere.

  We have done this work about 10 months ago This lady,, I understand wants to sale the property We have been asked to provide a guarantee for 10 years and guarantee to be transferred to the new owner, unfortunately we have refused to pass our guarantee !!

  I was already aware of Focus Building after they carried out some work for my neighbours. Having decided to renew the roof and renovate the bathroom I contacted them for estimates for both jobs and were acceptable compared to others that we received from other companies. The workman arrived on time laid down dusting proofing on the carpets so as not to cause any dust getting on the carpets and hoovered at the end of each day. Explained what they were doing and any amendments that we had mentioned to them and came back with their own suggestions. Overall, very pleased with the works carried ou

  Revamped lounge bedroom hallway walls ceiling electrics and flooring

  Extremely professional worked tirelessly always helpful with recommendations. Always turned up on time daily. House left clean and tidy daily. Very friendly workers polite and caring i consider their work attributes over and above all expectations.
