  Reconfigure of downstairs of property. Moving doors, windows, installation of rsj & kitchen fit out

  Fran and the team were great. Fran's open and honest approach was refreshing to experience throughout the build. As mentioned in other reviews Fran's ability to problem solve when challenges (inevitably) occur was very assuring. Would recommend!

  New bedroom and bathroom layout

  Fran and the people he works with are super lovely and friendly, they work really hard and get the job done. We changed our bathroom into a bedroom and made a smaller bathroom and he was the only contractor who understood what I meant and are very reasonably priced. We added a lot of extra jobs while they were here and they were happy to do them all, to a good spec. They came recommended and had done a lot of work in the roads around where we live. Thanks so much!

  I was very pleased with the speed and quality of the work completed. Francisco was always available to answer my questions and willing to make small adjustments to the agreed work if requested. The price was competitive and I would certainly use this company again

  Flawless

  Francisco, Dan and Gary carried out several pieces of work for me including taking down a wall, removing a massive stone fireplace and rebuilding a new fireplace, plastering all my ceilings and fireplace and doing lots of electrical works including fixing some problems created by another electrician (not part of FM Construction). In all areas I could not fault Francisco and his team. They have been so helpful, polite, tidy and hard-working and the quality of the finish in all areas is outstanding. I really can't recommend them highly enough and I'm really glad I found them through this site

  Loft Extension

  We have been most impressed by Fran and his team's approach to the work to convert our loft to 2 bedrooms with an en suite, they were courteous and considerate, listened to what we were aiming to achieve and worked hard to realise it. Living in an old house in a conservation area meant that things were not always straightforward but Fran took it all in his stride and we are delighted with the result. Nothing was too much trouble for Fran and his team, we would highly recommend FM Maintenance.

  Francisco and his team did on our house was amazing.

  An architect drew up the plans for the renovations which included removal of external and internal walls, underfloor heating, kitchen renovation and installation of a new downstairs WC, new bathroom renovation upstairs, new windows and much more. We added quite a bit of additional work from the first quote as well as Fran identifying issues that needed addressing along the way. Which Fran kept us informed of costs, and all the additional hard work the team did really paid off. Fran and his team took it all in their stride and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the end result.
