  Fantastic job

  Fran came and looked at our garden gave us some ideas and a quote and it just sounded like exactly what we needed, the job started a week later and was completely finished in two weeks ( due to rain ) the team were brilliant tidy and respectful. We knew what was happening and have never been so happy with a job completion. I would highly recommend.

  Loft Conversion Feedback

  FM Construction did a loft conversion on our terraced house, including new roof, attic bedrooms, replacement fire doors and new electrics. We are very pleased with the end result and the workmanship and communication was great throughout. Fran and his team are friendly, trustworthy and I would definitely use them again.

  Installed bi fold doors, replaced kitchen floor, many other tasks and more to come

  Fran and his team have been extremely professional and delivered everything we wanted. We did some major works on the kitchen including: making a larger opening and installing bi fold doors, lifting up and replacing the kitchen floor with reclaimed boards so that it was level with the living room and the bi fold doors (a very tricky task that they did perfectly). All of the team are friendly and professional and we will be continuing to work with them as we renovate the rest of the house. Fully recommend.

  Opening out kitchen and diner

  Fran and team completed the opening out of our kitchen diner, constructing a new roof with skylights, fitting a new kitchen island and completing all the plumbing and electrics plus render of front and back of the house. We were really pleased with the quality of the work, the helpful guidance and ideas on how to best approach certain parts of the build (not all builders we’ve experienced are this helpful), the ability also for Fran to think wider about the whole project I.e he also fixed other parts of the roof and installed chimney covers to avoid further damp issues.   Reconfigure of downstairs of property. Moving doors, windows, installation of rsj & kitchen fit out

  Fran and the team were great. Fran's open and honest approach was refreshing to experience throughout the build. As mentioned in other reviews Fran's ability to problem solve when challenges (inevitably) occur was very assuring. Would recommend!
