Plumber was great - came to appointment early and assessed what was needed. Identified a leak left by plumber from previous day ( who was unable to fix issue) So had to replace stopcock, and hot water inline value before turning his attention to original problem. Swift, efficient and kept us in the loop about what was needed. Highly recommend!

plumber contacted me very quickly after placing the ad and came out the following day, unfortunately he wasnt able to fix it without ordering a part but as soon as it arrived he came back out and fixed the leak really quickly. Very professional, very polite and would 100% recommend.

the toilet cistern was leaking continuously into the bowl and there was a water leak behind the toilet.i advertised the job and within 3 and a half hours ozan had called me,been to my house and fixed both problems.this was on a Saturday too and I'm very impressed with how quickly and how polite ozan was.highly recommended.
