They managed everything efficiently, helping us navigate the paperwork and handling many of the formalities, including planning submissions and other red tape. We used Fluent for the design of a single story rear extension and garden building. From the initial consultation the team at Fluent have been professional, prompt and easy to deal with. We're very happy with the plans they created for which we've just received planning permission. Elaine was particularly helpful and keeping us updated throughout the process and following up with the planning officer when there was a slight delay on their end.
