Fluent and our builder have been a total pleasure to work with. When doing any building work, it’s a really stressful time with lots of uncertainly and these guys made it a dream. Sundeep Girn was very responsive in helping me draw up designs for a kitchen extension in what is quite a restricted space. It is my first time commissioning an architect and he was very helpful in explaining the plan in relation to planning application and building control requirements alongside the practically of the proposed design.
