Ali and Ken have done the most excellent job for me my log burner is going to keep me the warmest I've been for a long time this winter. The log burner is going to pay for itself in the next couple of years compared to my open fire and the installation customer service and speed of the job was second to none and once finished you wouldn't have known they'd been here and having has other work done on my house recently that was so appreciated. I can't rate them high enough.

When trades recommend trades, you know you are onto a winner, and so it proved to be the case with Flueline. Father and Son business, the combination of their experience just can't be faulted. They were responsive, professional, knowledgeable and extremely hard working. You can get hold of them really easily, they recommend options to you, they carry the work out themselves and you are 100% confident you are in safe hands. We had an old fireplace taken out, widened and a dual fuel fire installed, and HETAS compliant. Looks beautiful. Now I just need the weather to cool down!

jOB NEEDED A LOT OF PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REGARDING THE INSTAL OF A LOG BURNER WITH THE FLUE INSIDE THE PROPERTY; ALSO DUE TO CONFINED SPACE, A LOT OF PRECISION AND PATIENCE FLUELINE PROVIDED BOTH OF THESE QUALITIES,AND COMPLETED THE TASK WITHIN 2 DAYS

We first approach Flueline Design in June 24 to install a log burner in our living room. Ken came to do home visit, He explained clearly what would be carried out to make the fireplace ready and burner best suited to our needs. Due to a delay on our part, work began mid November. Ken’s son Alistair, completed the installation. He was polite, considerate and made sure to cover the furniture and floors in the area he was working. He kept us fully updated through the installation and gave us a full tutorial of our stove. We are thrill with the result and highly recommend Flueline Design

Ali fitted a multifuel stove which involved enlarging the existing fireplace, fitting a chimney liner and cowl and replacing a wooden mantelpiece with a granite one. All this work was carried out in two days to a very high standard. We are very happy with the result and the pleasant and friendly manner in which it was done.
