  This is the second time I've had work done in my home by Flowzen, and once again, Jamie was excellent. He is consistently professional, helpful, and takes great pride in delivering impeccable results. Most recently, he replaced the tap in my downstairs toilet, and I’m very pleased with the outcome. Earlier this year, around April, Jamie also installed an outdoor hot and cold water tap in my garden, which has been incredibly convenient for washing my dog after muddy walks: no need to bring her inside first! I highly recommend Flowzen and will gladly use their services again in the future.

  Replaced faulty toilet filling & flush valve

  Installation of new filling and push button flush valve. Also identified we needed a new close coupling washer and elbow pan connector so fitted those. Completed in good time. Good communication before & after job & all working well now.

  Major Pipe removal and installation

  I cannot recommend Flowzen highly enough. Jamie was exemplary from the moment he came to look at our job. He installed a new external soil pipe, closed off our internal one, installed new pipework in our kitchen and bathroom, changed our outside tap position and ensured we had all we needed for our renovation in the meantime. His communication, reliability and helpfulness have been excellent throughout and we will be using him again in the future.

  Valve and ballcock replacement on water header tank

  I had used Flowzen before and had no hesitation in contacting them again when I had a problem with my water header tank. Jamie was very prompt in answering my call and he fixed the problem immediately, to my relief.

  Severe toilet/shower drain blockage

  A fantastic service from start to finish. Jamie replied to my message quickly, and came round and fixed the problem within 24 hours. He's professional, efficient, helpful, and fixed a blockage that other tradesmen had failed to resolve. All in all, highly reccommended!
