  Jevan came to redesign and fit our bathroom for my wife after a stroke. He listened to what we wanted, made a few suggestions that we agreed to. Moved the shower 180 degrees round and lowered the height to allow access. Fitted a new basin and toilet unit to provide more space for a wheelchair and tiled the floor. Really pleased with the finished result, and Jevan and his crew were polite and efficient with their work. No complaints.

  Work uncompleted, despite been a plumbing service part of the pipe work was not addressed resulting in gap in flooring.

  Appreciate your feedback however I explained the pipe that runs along the joists so therefore the 1inch gap will be there. We did not charge to re route pipework. We do not carry out works free of charge&this was explained. All works were indeed complete

  Jay from Flow Tech Plumbing was absolutely brilliant. He arrived right on time, was clean, professional, and explained everything clearly. What initially looked like a leak from our upstairs bathroom turned out to be an issue caused by the recently serviced boiler. Jay carefully investigated, ruled out the bathroom, and guided us through the real cause. He was polite, efficient, & even liaised with Worcester Bosch, helping us reach the right solution. The whole experience was straightforward and reassuring. Strongly recommend Jay and Flow Tech Plumbing for anyone looking for reliable plumber.

  Very pleased with the work carried out. The team arrived on time and were respectful of the property. The work was done quite quickly and they cleaned up after it was finished. Very polite and friendly. Would use them again and would recommend their service to anyone else.
