  Significantly over priced quote (3 times more)

  An employee from Flow Tech although mainly polite and courteous gave a hard sale on availability and over complicated the job. His quote was therefore 3 times what a local reputable plumber quoted. When challenged about the quote, he then declined the work. I can’t comment about workmanship or quality.

  Bathroom fitting

  We had a very old bathroom that desperately needed replacing and things became urgent when part of the downstairs ceiling fell through due to constant leak. Jay came out on a bank holiday and gave us helpful, honest advice. We were impressed that how Jay and his team acted so quickly and professionally. We now have a new, waterproof, shining bathroom, that looks absolutely fantastic. The kids especially love the new, larger bathtub! A huge thanks to Jay. Communication was always friendly and clear. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.
