Excellent service from Tom and his team. They responded quickly to our enquiry and were friendly and professional throughout. Communication was great, with regular updates at every stage of the job. They removed and replaced our old cast iron soil stack to a very high standard, carrying out the work efficiently and with real attention to detail. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. We’re extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend Tom and his team to anyone needing drainage work.

Very good. Blocked toilet. I made many attempts to clear it myself before giving up. Tom turned up quickly (within two hours) . Difficult job took two hours but he managed it eventually. The problem was modern bidet toilet with narrow outlet that some idiot had blocked by putting kitchen waste down. I won't do that again. Charged £180 instead of quoted £190. Weekend call out. Pleasant guy turned up, did job. what more could I ask.

Drains unblocked.

Very thorough and quick service. Discovered gully had cracked completely round the trap and Tom came out following morning to inspect. Explained the problem and the solution and had us booked in for the following day. Tom and Harry did a great job very quickly, had a full replacement, flush and scope. Communication was great throughout and very reasonable price. Much cheaper and better than the "big/well known" companies.
