Excellent from start to finish. Ian was responsive from the get go and turned up when he said he would. Installed an outside tap and was very helpful in addressing some wider general pipe issues. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and would happily use again.

Ian came out to assess the leak and stayed to fix it, all within less than 24 hours of our request. Friendly, approachable, and sorted out the problem quickly - would happily contact again for future issues.

Had problem with shower, Ian managed to come out the next day. Ian is a friendly guy and easy to deal with. The problem was sorted within the hour. Would use him again.
