Very good communication, helpfull and professional. Work carried out on scheduled day, without any delay. Thoroughly cleaned area once finished before they left. will definitely be comfortable to use again.

I rarely write negative reviews but have been left with no choice. Flowers Plumbing came to replace my shower, removed it, then deemed their own replacement unsuitable (which can happen). But, despite agreeing to their new quote in writing to complete the job, they have not responded to any messages. My shower has been non-functional for a week. A second plumber has assessed the pipework and confirmed damage caused by the incorrect stop fitting they left behind, but refuses to touch it as it is not their work. I am now left with a damaged pipe, no shower, and no way forward. Very disappointed.

The communication from the start was really good. I was given a rough estimate before they came based on what I said the problem was, which put me at ease. They arrived promptly and quickly got on with the job. I also asked for a quote for replacing my downstairs toilet and sink but was told by the young man that my existing sink and toilet could be repaired, which will save me a lot They were polite and kind. I am definitely going to use them for the other jobs I need doing and would highly recommend them.
