Didn't have to wait long for an appointment for James to do the annual inspection of my gas boiler as another tradesman had let me down. Carried out the job efficiently and was happy to answer questions and give recommendations.

My parents kindly waited in for the plumber to arrive, as I was at work. They said he was very polite and helpful. He spotted another leak in my bathroom and repaired that as well, which could’ve caused a major problem down the road if it hadn’t been fixed. Very grateful to him for spotting that! Great service overall and very happy with the job done 😊
