  I contacted Flo Utilities as they are an approved contractor for Severn Trent Water. Following an initial discussion regarding a leaking underground fresh water pipe on my land, George was understanding & helpful, organising a prompt visit by the engineer to detect & locate the leak and then repair it. Adam (& Freddie) were polite and helpful, explaining & showing video evidence of the leak. Following consent they undertook the repair and replaced all soil & paving, leaving a clean and tidy job. I was very pleased with the outcome and would recommend this company who provided professional

  Identifying and rectifying water supply difficulties.

  We would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with any water problems. It was so easy to make contact withnthis company and in a timely way they were very responsive with identifying and rectifying the problem. We were kept informed of the work, in line with the detailed plan of action. Work was carried out in a professional way and competent/ careful way. Thank you both very much.

  Shock water bill due to underground leak

  Excellent response. Using their specialist equipment they were able to locate and pinpoint the exact location of the leak in a very large driveway. The engineer dug down to the leak collecting the spoil so as there was minimum mess. Having completed the repair the driveway was restored to normal. I’m really pleased with how everything went.

  Water leak

  Spoke to Adam about a leak that Severn Trent had discovered on my mains water supply which was on my boundary . I contacted him at 4.30 pm , and much to my surprise , Adam said that he would call round within the hour to look at the problem and give me advice on the solution . A date to repair the leak was swiftly followed , and the repair was done in a prompt and professional manner .Everywhere was left clean and tidy , and put back how it was found . The guy is very honest and reliable , I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services .. Mr Mclean

  Our water bill took a massive jump and we were worried! No need, an online enquiry with Adams company Flo Utilities later and we have a friendly, professional company at our door ready to what ever it would take to sort the problem. Excellent communication from start to finish, with both myself and my wife and mother in law, and incredibly hard working, you cannot go wrong with Flo Utilities.

  Lead replacement

  A letter came through from Severn Trent about a leak on a pipe going to my property, I called Flo Utilities and Adam came out the same evening to quote the job. We opted for a full lead replacement instead of just repairing the leak. He did a great job, very tidy and an absolute professional. Would recommend to anyone
