  Silvio came on time, he worked hard and communication was good, we had a slight problem with something we called him and he came straight back and everything looks beautiful,

  Bathroom tile repair

  Due to dodgy developer, bathroom tiles had started to come loose in shower due to being tiled directly onto plywood. The problem was not known to me until work had begun. The costs of the appropriate repair quickly escalated but communication was excellent with costs explained every step of the way. He even confronted the developer who happened to be on site that day. Work was carried out efficiently & professionally. There was a slight communication issue as a rental apartment, some info got told to the tenant instead of me which then was a surprise when I found out but this is very minor

  Bathroom tiling

  Silviu arrived on time each day and was friendly he started the job very well but his work deteriorated the cutting of the tiles was poor and on one of the walls the tiles did not match up with the others so the grout lines were about 2 inches different. He said this was because he stated that wall in a different place and it saved on cutting. The grouting was poor and he did not clean any of the residue from the tiles and left it for us to do and because there was so much residue left it made it very difficult to remove he left all his waste in the garden for us to clear
