Following a tradesman’s recommendation, we used Flo-Pro Plumbing for a complete bathroom refurb, toilet refurb, installation of a new utility room and a brand new boiler system. Lee project managed the whole thing and we felt extremely confident in his honest workmanship and professionalism. He guided us when making decisions and the finished product far exceeded our high expectations! All tradespeople involved were so friendly and polite and their work was of the highest standard. We were also pleased with the price. Can’t recommend enough! We have since used Pro-Flo for a new radiator.

Most of the work was fine, but we were not happy with the finish of some areas. Some issues addressed really quickly, others really slowly. Some contractors were better than others - plastering, wall tiling, flooring, skirting and electrics I would use again. Organisation and communication could've been better - not replying to messages, not providing information or paperwork that we needed and having the schedule changed constantly - found this quite stressful.

This is now the second time where Lee and Ellis have worked on a project in our house, this time to reallocate and install a new boiler, as well as do plumbing for our brand new kitchen. Same as last time - both have been extremely knowledgable, helpful and responsive - Lee offered us some fantastic recommendations about boiler and radiator placement, and has been so great to work with, so we have recommended their services to all of our friends!

Professional boiler service carried out - I got a clear summary of everything that was checked/cleaned, and even received some helpful instructions for topping up the pressure myself if needed.

Very accommodating with awkward needs I’ve had on a number of different things. Over the long list of a variety of work carried out by them (gas plumbing and cosmetic) each time they have been helpful, professional, friendly as well as reasonable costings. Couldn’t be happier !
