  Exceptional Service from Floor Doctor

  We are absolutely thrilled with the floor sanding and restoration work completed by Floor Doctor. The transformation of our old wooden floorboards is nothing short of spectacular; they genuinely look brand new. The entire experience was outstanding, thanks to three key factors: Great Communication: The team maintained excellent, proactive communication from the initial consultation to the final sign-off.   Engineered wood flooring restoration

  We would absolutely recommend Florin to anyone. He’s an expert, really understands what he’s doing and has completely renovated our wood flooring. We’d happily use him for other jobs if needed.

  Florin arrived with a colleague at exactly time he said. They carried our furniture out of room and covered it. They worked extremely hard and our floor boards which had been very marked and blackened were clean and like new very quickly. They were then painted 3 times and when floorboards were dry they carried furniture back in and left room exactly as it was but now with beautiful floorboards. They did a brilliant job. I liked how there were no problems just solutions and they discussed job and each stage and listened to my requests. Would recommend highly.

  Floor sanding and finishing done to a high standard quickly

  Florin did a lovely job sanding and staining our floor. He was flexible, using the stain colour I liked and provided. The floor is now well sanded and a lovely colour with lacquer applied. This is quick to dry and the floor can be used again after several hours. At the end of the job I pointed out some tiles that had been painted over in front of the old fireplace. Florin sanded a small section and revealed the very old decorative tiles underneath. He then agreed to sand down all of them to show the pattern. A delightful person, timely and proactive to deal with.
