Fantastic service restoring old wooden floors and staircase. Delighted with the results and a very good price for nearly 5 full days work. The team were hard working with an excellent attention to detail and make sure it looked as good as possible. Workmen on time each day, working hard with the machines, 2 project managers came to check it all and a contact on the phone for any questions. Highly recommended.

The job turned out to be much harded than the one originally quoted for, because the largest room turned out to have mostly concrete not boards. The concrete had to be removed, joists laid and reclaimed boards sourced. All the waste also had to be removed from a busy main road with tightly controlled parking. Overall it was a very tough job for the workers but they completed everything with consummate professionalism to a high standard with good communication throughout, a can-do problem-solving attitude and excellent value for money all things considered.

Extremely pleased with our sanded, gaps filled and varnished kitchen floor. The 0ld floor was worn and pitted. It now looks like new boards. The workmanship was excellent in every way. On time, polite, tidy and the place was dust free at the end. Very good value and would like other rooms treated.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! They are very skilled at what they do, very professional, and affordable. Their attention to detail and quality workmanship is truly some of the best I’ve seen. We have had a lot of work done to our house over the years and these guys are by far some of the best we’ve worked with. They’re all very friendly and approachable too, which is important when you’ve got guys working in your house for days on end! We have already booked them to do more floors and rooms because we were so completely blown away by the first area they handled.

We had excellent service from Ben who arrived on time, did an excellent job and left the house clean and tidy. We would highly recommend them.

Last November we had a reclaimed parquet floor laid. The guy we used applied PVA after sanding our floorboards and then left at 11AM promising to return in 2 hours. Instead he returned after 22:30 with the reclaimed floor! He laid the floor the next day but all of the tar seeped out leaving black patches. We did point this out and he said he’d return. September 2025, Sebastian from Floor-Sanding.Com has tidied the floor up and given it a natural varnish! Your professional approach and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed! Thank you.
