The Floor Sanding contractors were excellent - I could not recommend them more. Easy to communicate with, friendly, clean and detail-oriented, they have worked as a team to restore my Edwardian original floorboards beautifully. Thanks Ben, Hamit, Sebastian and all others who did this job!

Communication with Sean at their office was incredible, he was always very prompt and clarified when required. In terms of the work, it was completed very efficiently and to a high standard. They returned several times to make small alterations at no extra cost and were very thorough in their job. The only issue we had was when they originally arrived, they spoke about not removing the tiles and suggested it could be laid over. However, I was able to reinforce that the job included the removal of tiles and Sean was able to help support this.

We were very please with results by floor-sanding.com who renovated our neighbours wooden floor. When our floor needed work we contacted the company and they very quickly paid a visit and gave an estimate of costs. They were able to come the following week and carried out the work to an excellent standard. The work was finished in two days and everyone involved was friendly and efficient. We were pleased that there was minimal dust produced by the sanding. A highly recommended company.

Fantastic service restoring old wooden floors and staircase. Delighted with the results and a very good price for nearly 5 full days work. The team were hard working with an excellent attention to detail and make sure it looked as good as possible. Workmen on time each day, working hard with the machines, 2 project managers came to check it all and a contact on the phone for any questions. Highly recommended.
