  Friendly and efficient

  Ammo and Jamie arrived promptly at my premises to look at my boiler , they were very polite and friendly and quickly established we needed a new diverter valve after a quick dash to suppliers the part was replaced and all in working order again ! Would definitely recommend them to anyone , they were very tidy and took any old parts away ,, thank you Floorplan plumbing !!

  Incredible service and professionalism!

  Thank goodness we found Floorplan plumbing and gas engineering! My elerdly nan’s boiler was leaking, which made her very distressed, so we contacted Floorplan. Jamie and Ammo came to see her that very same day and ordered the part required to fix her boiler and came back once the part had arrived. They were both incredibly professional and patient!!! They explained everything to her and made sure she understood that she would still be able to use her heating and hot water in the meantime. Thank you both so much! Lovely men!

  Fast, Reliable, and Highly Professional

  When our old boiler broke down during the February cold snap, we found ourselves suddenly without heating or hot water. Floorplan Group came to the rescue. They arranged a prompt site visit, provided a detailed and transparent quote — including safe disposal of the old unit — and managed to install a new gas boiler at short notice. The work was carried out neatly, efficiently, and with clear communication throughout.

  Kitchen renovation

  Very professional service from start to finish. Each tradesperson was introduced to us so we could go through the work that was required. We changed our minds on somethings as the building works were progressing but this didn't phase them they just took it onboard and dealt with it. They went over and above to make sure our experience was as trouble free as possible even going as far as giving us a voucher so we could go out for a nice meal as we had no kitchen. Thank you Floorplan group and your team for a job well done.

  Personal, friendly and professional.

  Due to a unexpected family health situation we had to cancel the house extension that Lewis and the Floorplan team were due to build for us. Right from our first contact with Lewis, Anna-Louise, and their team, they have been professional and courteous, but also friendly and helpful. They have always dealt with what is in reality quite a small project, as if it really mattered to them, and their reaction to the forced cancellation was kind and understanding. I cannot praise these people highly enough, and when we can restart our extension, will look no further than the Floorplan Group.

  Replacing original hot air & water heating unit, with combi boiler, installing radiators etc

  Needed removal of existing hot air/water heating system that had been condemned. Having taken delivery of the boiler, rads, piping etc the original contractor couldn't carry out the work, and others didn't want to complete the work with the new boiler, rads etc that had been delivered. A few weeks later a friend recommended Floorplan, who took on the work and completed it within a week. They did a great job and completed it efficiently & professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
