Flooring Scotland fitted new carpet in my top landing and stairs. Their advice and communication was excellent and the fitters did a great job. They were very polite and professional and left no mess. Highly recommended.

Had arranged to have the following work done: existing laminate removed from Hall & Kitchen; The floors levelled with 6mm plyboard - original wooden floor boards uneven; 10mm underlay & carpet in hall; vinyl for kitchen. Had to contact Flooring Scotland a couple of times: Work started a day after I had requested - materials were being collected that day. Fitter had vehicle issues, so work began about 1 hour later than expected. Vinyl design had to be substituted on morning of fitting - green dye in design had ran. Was allowed to choose substitute for no extra cost. Pricing was fair.

Russell (owner), Ian (Salesman) + Graeme (fitter) all pleasure to deal with, excellent communication from all. following check a trader query Russell quickly phoned + was very helpful in answering my Qs +arranged Ian to come round next day with the mobile show room. Ian informative + friendly. Graeme fit laminate in living room/hallway + finish is superb. was comfortable having Graeme in flat (top floor/no lift), he is very trust worthy + pays attention to detail. lots compliments on floor,am repeat customer now.

Great experience, Ian and Russell and very friendly and gave me a quote within the day. Booked them in for the following week and Graham did a great job with the kitchen. Very happy with the service! Price was decent for including everything as they provided all materials and labour. Would recommend
