  Excellent service - great floors

  Lee and his team were polite. professional, on time and on price. Only found him recently and asked him to to fit a laminate floor, I was happy with that and he's just done my lounge in LVT - very happy with the whole experience. Would I use him again - definitely.

  Good Communication, highest standard of work

  Whenever doing a project on your home it’s always scary, spending a sum of money and giving control to someone else. We had been wanting to do our downstairs flooring for a while and when Lee from Flooring in Design contacted us for a visit we knew everything was going to be OK, Lee showed us sample flooring and explained EVERYTHING! Lee and his apprentice arrived early morning Saturday as requested, got straight to work and had the job done in the same day. Would absolutely recommend Flooring in Design to anyone looking for laminate flooring or any flooring advice. Thank you Lee and Brad!

  Outstanding service from Flooring in Detail.

  I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Lee was very knowledgeable, went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and gave good advice. I was happy with the price and when the work was completed I was delighted with the result. The standard of the service, the product and the workmanship could not have been any better. It's rare that someone does exactly what they say they're are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. I would recommend this company to everyone.

  Exceptional Service and Flawless Flooring

  Lee and Brad were absolutely fantastic! They fitted LVT throughout the house and carpet on the stairs with real attention to detail. Punctual, tidy, and total perfectionists, they worked around our house move, kids, and dogs with ease. Lee explained everything clearly and made the whole process stress-free. Their work is flawless, and their professionalism made a stressful time feel that bit easier. I’ll genuinely miss having them around the house!   Laying glue down vinyl floor

  Lee explained the pros and cons of glue down vs click LVT flooring. He then fitted the floor on time and to budget and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Lee provided an excellent service from start to finish and we will use him again for any future flooring needs.

  Hall , living room and under stairs room all re done.

  We reached out to find a floor fitter, after our 1st experience we didn't hold much hope. Then we found Lee from start to finish he was so professional he reassured us, kept in regular communication, even managed to fit us in before Christmas which we did not expect seeming we didn't make contact till end November, made the entire experience effortless, we notice very quickly he was a perfectionist and the end result absolutely shows this I have OCD he certainly lived up in fact exceeded any expectations we had. Would 100% use again. He often works with another lad both really lovely guys.
