Joe and his team installed oak flooring throughout my home in a timely and efficient manner. Joe explained everything that would happen from the start to finish, even explaining the best way to care for the floors in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. Very professional, knowledgeable but friendly throughout the entire process, and in years to come I will be a repeat customer when my floors need any attention.

An excellent experience with Joe and his team from start to finish. Getting the house ready for sale - kitchen/diner of 35sqm has a solid oak floor laid 12 years ago, looked tired and needed rejuvenating. Joe arrived punctually for the quote, was patient and methodical in explaining the options, quoted promptly and replied promptly to further enquiries. Floor took 3 days in total. Joe attended regularly whilst Anthony and Jim were working on the floor. The finished floor looks superb and surpassed our expectations. Joe is thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Joe is very professional and courteous trader. He explains everything and gives you very confidence on his skills. Overall, I appreciate his work. His presence on the job makes sure that progresses are well managed and work his completed at good level. When he is away you can see slowness and some small defects. He worked on installing wooden floors on two staircases and the final result is great. Sometime, I can hear some squeaky step, hopefully it does not get worse. And Joe assured that if there is some fix he is always available for his clients.
