We had a camera fitted from the team and it had been fantastic! Their customer service was on point and the camera has been amazing, it is amazing quality! Definitely recommend!

Professional and courteous at all times. Superb workmanship when installing my cctv and very neat & tidy work. Will be installing alarm system next and have no hesitation in recommending. Sam who dealt with me could not have been any more polite and friendly when the enquiry was first made and unlike others only suggested what was suitable for my property and not what would have been more expensive and unnecessary.

I contacted a number of installers for a quotation, suffice to say most did not bother to get back to me. Flextec ltd where very prompt in replying and visited me to assess and quote. The young man that called was very knowledgeable and polite, his advice prompted me to accept Flextec quote and a install date was agreed. From start to finish the work was done to a very high standard with minimal disruption, (in fact no disruption at all!) It has been a few weeks now since installing my CCTV cameras and door bell/camera, I'm over the moon with the install and level of security it gives me.
