Great service, quick response and repair.

Simon’s price was very competitive compared to the other quotes we received. He was also very quick to do the job and also very knowledgeable. Communication was great and kept me informed on the appointment time. It was very difficult to get the screws out of our oven as they had worn down, I think it if it was someone else they would have left the job and charged for a call out fee but Simon stuck with it and did an amazing job. Very friendly too! Highly recommended

Fletcher's worked hard to get to the root of the problem and while it could not be completely resolved, much work was done to investigate. The problem was an intractable one due to the age and condition of the cooker. - The warming oven had not been used in several years and so turning it on after so long a period damaged the element. The element could not be replaced because of the age and make of the cooker. The operative was very kind and helpful and I would recommend him as a worker.
