Simon came to fix our zanussi washer- dryer. He got in touch quickly, identified the issue and ordered the part within a few days and had repaired it within a week. Simon’s super friendly, sticks to his word, reasonably priced and an efficient worker. He could be a bit clearer with his communication but he’s a good guy and did a good job.

great guy, called on the day the job was submitted (a Sunday) and came out next day to carry out repair. Was quick and efficient in doing the job and did exactly what was needed.
