It did take a few days to get the guy out, but he came when he ultimately said he would, fixed the machine & charged me half what he originally quoted as no part was required.

Lovely man, arrived on time and when arranged. Quickly identified the issue with the tumble dryer and gave me a very reasonable quote. Came back a few days later (as parts needed ordering) and completed the job. Would definitely recommend and would hire again.

Turns out it was a simple job for them but simon was very good. rang me to tell me he was on the way and asked enough questions beforehand to know what exactly he needed to bring and provided a quote before arriving. Would recommend to anyone.
