Excellent work by Jo. Visited us to assess the job and explain what could be done. Good clear quote, similar to another quote.
Came to do the job on dates agreed with us. Always replied promptly to messages. Told us what he was doing and going to do next.
Completed the work within the timeframe. Excellent finish, exactly as we had requested. Prompt invoice and promptly paid.
Always polite and helpful, and looking at the job from our perspective.
