Established in 2003 Flawless Floors are a family owned independent business, we do not have a showroom which allows us to save money which we can pass on to you the customer. We come to you at your convenience, we carry a large number of samples but if you require anything specific that we do not have then we will try our best to source it for you.

We also offer an installation only option allowing you the freedom to source your own flooring should you prefer and we are happy to give advice and calculate quantities required entirely free as long as we are employed to install your product.

From first meeting and consultation to installation and finishing you will deal one to one with me Chris, the owner of the business making sure you receive my full attention at all times. We have considerable experience with all aspects of wooden flooring, design, supply and installation and should the worst happen we are able work with your insurance company to uplift and remove any damaged flooring provide remedial repairs and reinstate as quickly and with as least disruption possible.

We are serious about our business and are EAST SUSSEX TRADING STANDARDS Approved, and also the BWFA ( British Wooden Flooring Association ) both schemes are to promote high standards in both service and craftsman ship.

Anyone can fit wooden flooring but to fit correctly and to a high standard of finishing is a different matter, the detail makes the difference at flawless we pride ourselves on being able to finish your floor to the highest standards available . All door frames are undercut, where possible we remove and install skirting boards, when not possible we install the mouldings to suit your taste and which match the floor perfectly. Floors flow through doorways without breaks or joins allowing the true feel of open space into your home. All floors are fitted to current regulations, the appropriate amount of time must be Allowed for materials to acclimatise and if the moisture levels are not correct the floors will not be installed at that time. Sufficient expansions gaps must be allowed and calculations made to work out maximum flooring spans.

Everything we do is to ensure that the floors we install not only look beautiful on completion but remain that way for many years to come.
