  Kitchen Renovation.

  Alex, Lee and the rest of the team at Flawless were great throughout the entire kitchen reno process - keeping things professional, working hard to stick to timelines and doing a top tier job (shout out to Lee on the tiling!). They were unfortunately let down by someone, but Alex made sure to sort us out, and brought in Ansis to finish the job, to a higher standard. I wouldn't hesistate to use Alex in the future, and plan on doing so.

  New Bathroom Fitting

  After being let down by a previous company, my mind was put at ease as soon as Alex visited to quote for our bathroom refit. He was extremely knowledgeable to what would be required and nothing was too much trouble.Although our refit wasn't without issues caused by others, e.g a cracked bath and missing fixtures, Alex and the team were able to work around those to give them a chance to be rectified. The final result is finished to an incredibly high standard, which we're very happy with.

  Couldn't be happier with the finish on our new kitchen. Alex is a real professional. Excellent service, attention to detail and most importantly a nice guy! Shout out to Lee and the rest of the team aswell. Have already recommended to the neighbours!

  Urgent Tiling Requirement After Being Let Down

  Incredibly impressed with Alex and his colleague, Lee. I posted an urgent requirement on Checkatrade after being let down by a tiler and had the dog put in the kennels especially for this. Alex contacted me within a hour and had a colleague here within another hour. And the works been completed to a high. Really impressed by both of them - thanks lads.
