Flavius was extremely prompt and super helpful in making our door more secure. We had lost a key to a door chain and thought Flavius may have to saw it off but he worked around it, saving the chain and doing exactly what we asked for. Flavius even came back at the weekend for no charge to sort another little issue out. Great service, would def recommend as this is the second time he’s helped us!

Fantastic work from Flavius - got window open and fixed and also ensured it and the other windows (including French windows) were working and tightened handles. Also gave advice on maintenance for the windows to ensure the issue doesn’t occur again
