Flavius was the first to respond to my job posting, and from the very first message I felt completely at ease. He replied quickly, with no fuss, and arrived exactly when he said he would — within 45 minutes. My patio doors (installed by Everest) had stopped locking. Flavius diagnosed the issue immediately and had it fixed within minutes. His professionalism really stands out; he clearly knows his trade inside out and works with confidence and skill. Friendly, honest, and highly efficient — I genuinely couldn’t ask for better service.

Rare to find someone who is so trustworthy and cares this much about the job they are doing even after months… Flavius replaced our patio door lock in November and we had an issue with it at the weekend. He came after two days to check what was wrong with it. I was amazed by his responsiveness and thoughtfulness.
