  The Flat Roofing Guys provided an excellent service to fix a skylight leak. Nathan appreciated the urgent nature of the issue and organised a quick repair.

  My roof isn't leaking anymore, so it's a job well done from that point of view (true test will come when we next have a storm that exposes the wider issues, and whether the repair suggested by this company is effective). Initial communication was good, and they committed to a quick turnaround time to when I explained that I had been let down by another roofing firm in order to get the issues fixed. It seems that they committed to a quick turnaround time in order to get my business however, as after 4 no-shows they eventually did show up to do the job.

  Very good, easy communication and good quality work. The job took slightly longer than expected/quoted - extra half of a day. Hence, not top score. Overall, very good.

  Great initial service which sadly turned negative..

  Around five months after The Flat Roofing Guys completed work on my roof, a serious leak developed from the party wall area where they replaced the lead. The leak has worsened and now affects two bedrooms. After repeated messages and calls over a two week period, Nathan eventually assured me it would be fixed but failed to attend the arranged repair. I had no choice but to hire another roofer to fix the faulty work at a cost of £1,750. Very disappointing service and aftercare, which is a huge shame as the team were originally fantastic when wanting to secure my business.

  Roof renovation in west London

  I’ve contact Nathan and his team to work on the flat roof as part of a renovation project of a flat in west London. They’ve redone the roof completely, doing a great job and very quickly. Highly recommend roofers!
