  supply and replace alarm bell box batteries

  I cannot speak highly enough about this company. In addition to providing a thorough written estimate, because I was unsure what batteries were in the bell box, Matt rang the alarm company to corfirm. When Kieran the engineer arrived he discovered that they were not the batteries the alarm company had said. No problem though as it was arranged to get the correct ones delivered to my house next day and he came back to fit them at no extra charge. At all times I was kept fully informed of what was happening plus times of arrival. Overall, I consider the service I received was truly exceptional.

  I am a property manager that coordinates all the safety certificates for the portfolio we manage, I have "fired" many big name, well known contractors due to negligence, poor communication and excessive/high cost. Flash Fire is truly a breath of fresh air! They are diligent, cost effective, efficient and quality of work is excellent. Quite frankly, a well run campy overall. I have corresponded with all the directors respectively, they are equally all consistent and absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Could not highly recommended them enough!

  I reached out to flash fire and security when a previous company become unreliable. I found them prompt and professional and willing to take on the task of bringing us up to date with legal requirements and standards. They are a great company and I have found their communication is outstanding they always arrive on time, they work to a high professional standard and make adjustments/ implementations when required to met my services needs. they also hoover and clean up after which is always a great bonus. They will continue to be the main provider for my business.

  Matthew from flash Fire and security business was excellent, after diagnosing fault and repairing it I was shown how to set it up. There wasn't a thing he didn't know about cctv. Brilliant. I highly recommend this business.
