Excellent from contact to job completion

Very good service. We needed the job doing asap and they were very accommodating and helpful. On the day they 2 workers edge very professional. No problems whatsoever. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fireplace

Technician was very presentable. He knew his job and performed the task efficiently and tidily, cleaning up any mess he made as he went.

Flames Fireplaces did an excellent job at replacing an old gas fire for us . They were very tidy, professional and reliable. From our first contact with this company they made us feel like we were in good hands and they most certainly proved that we had chosen the right company as the completed job was faultless . I would definitely recommend them not only for their excellent work and service but also for their lovely staff at the shop and the actual fitters, just couldn’t fault this company .
