Flames Fireplaces did an excellent job at replacing an old gas fire for us . They were very tidy, professional and reliable. From our first contact with this company they made us feel like we were in good hands and they most certainly proved that we had chosen the right company as the completed job was faultless . I would definitely recommend them not only for their excellent work and service but also for their lovely staff at the shop and the actual fitters, just couldn’t fault this company .

Faultless, professional and very reliable After a visit to the store we found exactly what we wanted, a straight swop from our faulty existing fire. An order was placed without the sales pitch of trying to add extras. Luckily the fire was in stock and fitting was completed approximately 10 days later. Fitting team were very respectful of our home, laying floor covering throughout. Worked in a very tidy manner and cleared up all waste. Very polite and full instructions given. The whole process was pain free from the show room to the installation. I was told it would take 2 days which it did, the skip and the cherry picker arrived on time and their was no fuss from start to finish. The team of 2 worked non stop and were polite and helpful and very tidy. They even re-positioned my mirror above the fire place before they left to ensure it was at the right height. The fireplace has totally transformed my lounge. Highly recommend the company.

Excellent professional team from quote to completion of work. Clearly outlined the options and works to be carried out, from cherry-picker to initial log burns and maintenance. I would recommend flames to anyone thinking of a new fire.
