Very friendly but professional I have used Seb before for a radiator not working and he was the only engineer who diagnosed correctly and saved me a lot of unnecessary work

Really appreciate Seb's work and communication, explained everything to me really well; the issues with our fireplaces and what he'd done, as well as some extra advice for looking after them in the future. Working like new and very happy a couple of weeks later.
