We had the whole house done however the front door would not close properly after a few years while under warranty we called them and they agreed to come out. Worker came looked at it and went away. When we didnt hear anything we called back and the office said it had been marked as repair completed. Two years later after several appointment made and not kept the door is not usable and we are still waiting. Very poor service.

We ordered a new Solidor from Flair as our old door had broke. The lady in the showroom was helpful and arranged for us to see a chap who checked, roughly measured and priced up what we wanted. This was followed up by a second measure to chec the dimensions. Within three weeks the door was fitted by two lovely lads who started at 8 and had finished before midday with minimum fuss. I pointed out an incorrect door lock which they duly swopped first thing the following morning. They were also cheaper than a local rival company and so we were pleased with everything from start to finish.

We have used Flair many times for various window/door installations and have always been very satisfied and this current job, french door installations and new window, was no exception. Highly recommended.

Fantastic work by the team at Flair. Worked to tight deadlines on a commercial refurbishment and delivered exactly what we needed; even with a few last minute changes. Communication was spot on and they worked around other trades to deliver the required outcome. Highly recommend and will not hesitate using them again on projects moving forwards.

We had a new glass roof and glazing to our large conservatory by Flair. From the first visit to the Minworth showroom to the 2 days of the work being done, we were impressed and delighted by the efficiency and thoroughness of the fitting team. They were helpful, knowledgeable and sorted out everything in a very professional way. Thank you team!
