Richard is fantastic! Made a superb job of the floor after stepping in at the last minute when the original tiler fell seriously ill. This far exceeded our hopes for the tiling of our kitchen floor. Richard spent time ensuring the design of the tiles was exactly what we wanted before he started laying the tiles.
