A job was quoted to replace one gutter at the front of my house at £650.00. A very high cost. The first date was missed allegedly due to cars in the street in the way of access. The second date was missed allegedly due to a broken down van. On the third attempt the job was completed. I cannot vouch for the quality of the work because of the height of the gutter. An invoice was issued to me, followed by a number of calls and texts, plus one aggressive text suggesting the gutter could be removed if the invoice wasn't paid. The invoice did not stipulate payment terms. Paid in full 29/07/25.

Rapid response to our enquiry and site visit within 48 hours to look at the problems that were pointed out in our house survey. 48h later FJ’s team arrived on site to fix the problems. 2-man team who did the work professional and approachable. First class service. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending. We’d use FJ again if the need arose.

Felix was prompt to turn up, explained the work that was required and communicated really well throughout. The work was completed on time and at the agreed price, and the quality of the work was excellent

Gutters repaired by FJ, very helpful, did a thorough job. Friendly and helpful. One minor leak remained, but fixed very promptly afterwards. They even identified and fixed some chimney cement and two cracked tiles, free of charge. Will be using again!
