    The tech is experienced and could diagnose the issues quickly and accurately. The fix was also quick and the copper pipe replacement looks fantastic.

    Top quality, best plumber ever

    Karolis contacted me after I put a request in checkatrade; shower valve very stiff. I had received some crazy quotes with huge upfront deposits and was nervous. He reassured me over the phone that he wouldn’t charge me anything until the work was done, then attended within 2 days and fixed the shower with no drama and reasonable charge, all upfront, no hidden extras. He then came back later in the week to fix two toilets and a sink, one of which had a problem but he overcame it, staying and testing everything until he was satisfied. Wow, what an amazing guy. 10/10 top quality.

    Replaced leaking boxed-in toilet cistern. Tested. Tidied up after. Took away old cistern.

    Did what he said he would and arrived on time. I really appreciated the fact that he went out of his way to explain some of the intricacies of the work so I understood the problems better and how they were resolved. An absolute professional and a pleasure to deal with.
