Our boiler, installed by British gas at great expense never got the living area warm enough 19C max. We called them amd they visited 6 times and said it was fine. Karolis diagnosed the problem as inadequate radiators. He helped us choose more powerful ones amd he fitted them. Bingo! The house is cosy. 21C right now. He is an intelligent competent plumber.
