  Fridge freezer repair

  Had a leak from f/freezer, person came and said was repaired. I went away next day till yesterday and came back to water on floor as before. Emailed company and can’t come till next Wednesday. It’s crazy I’m in a flat etc and problem is still the same. Fortunately I was away so haven’t paid the invoice.. what can I do am definitely not happy

  Microwave Repair

  We were very pleased with the way they repaired our Bosch Microwave oven. The cause of the problem proved more difficult than first thought but the engineers carried out the repair very efficiently and in a very friendly manner.   The fabric conditioner tray was left full of water at the end of a washing machine cycle.

  Repair was done the very next day after reporting it to checkatrade. Repair man turned up on time and sorted the problem out straight away. It was due to a small blockage. He explained everything properly and thoroughly, which was very much appreciated! He didn't leave a mess either.
