We got Fixation in last year to install a new en-suite shower room. We live in a mansion block flat and had various challenges with the management of the building - work hours, license to alter, permission for new drainage runs, turning off the heating for the building so we could change a communal radiator etc. We thought it would just be a straightforward work but now I feel like there was more time spent on the paperwork than the actual install - Fixation were very helpful in providing all the information the management needed so once the work started there was no delay.

Designed a great bathroom and bedroom suite for my husband and I. We hadn't had bathroom built before so it was slightly overwhelming at first, what with all the options! but Fixation provided just about enough direction to ensure we wouldn't make the wrong choices, but not enough that we lost our individual style. Turned out well!

I contacted Fixation to sort out a leak in our bathroom down to the flat below, which was causing water damage and needed attention. The building's insurance company needed three quotes for the investigation work, and Fixation came back the best value. John used thermal imaging equipment to track the epicentre of the leak, and it turns out the issue wasn't coming from our bathroom at all, but instead from failed guttering outside. Using the thermal equipment meant the investigation and then gutter repair could be done without damaging the ceiling below our flat, which was a super result!

It was a pleasure to work with Frank and his team on our Porcelanosa bathroom install.From initial contact to completion, communication was great, which was important for us as builders we’ve used in the past have at times not turned up and gone to another job instead, leaving us wondering if they’ve done a runner!

The Fixation team was great to work with for our new bathroom. The site was tidy and the job was finished on time and within budget.

Amadeus and his team at Fixation were superb from start to finish! Not only were they prompt to get back to me initially but they were great throughout the bathroom design process too, advising me on the best materials to use and how we could achieve what I had in mind within budget. All of his guys were really lovely and polite, even putting up with my two cats getting under their feet! And they also cleaned up after themselves each day: you'd never know they'd been there. Honestly could not recommend Amadeus enough and we're even looking into getting out kitchen done with them too!
